新华富时指数拟上诉中国法院判决

新华富时指数有限公司(FXI)昨日表示,超级变态传奇,尽管法院已判决该公司与上海证券交易所(SSE)解除合同,但它将继续提供基于中国大陆股票价格的金融指数.

FXI TO APPEAL CHINA DATA RULING
FTSE Xinhua Index (FXI) yesterday said it would continue to provide financial indices based on mainland China share prices in spite of a court ruling that cancelled its contract with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The financial index company said it would lodge a complaint with the World Trade Organisation over the case, which raised issues about the free flow of financial information in China.
FXI said it would appeal against the court decision, which ruled that it had violated its contract with the stock exchange by providing an index for a futures contract of Chinese shares traded in Singapore. It ordered FXI to pay a fine of $20,000.
FXI is a joint venture between FTSE, owned by the Financial Times and the London Stock Exchange, and Xinhua Financial,连击传奇, a Tokyo-listed financial information and media group.
